In these Terms, “Legal-Ease SEO,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ARI Digital doing business as Legal-Ease SEO.

2. Services

Legal-Ease SEO provides local SEO and digital marketing services for law firms and legal practices. Depending on the package and campaign, services may include keyword research, Google Business Profile optimization and management, technical SEO, website optimization, local landing pages, city pages, neighborhood pages, content creation, directory listings, citations, authority-building assets, reporting, and related consulting services.

3. No Legal Advice

Legal-Ease SEO is a marketing company. We do not provide legal advice, and nothing on this website or in our materials creates an attorney-client relationship. Any legal, ethical, or advertising compliance decision relating to your law firm remains your responsibility.

4. No Affiliation With Third-Party Platforms

Legal-Ease SEO is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated in writing.

5. No Blanket Guarantee of Search Placement

Any statement on this website or in our marketing that refers to a “90-Day Guarantee,” “guaranteed results,” “ranking,” or similar language refers only to our billing structure and performance-protection terms as defined in these Terms and in your selected package.

• We do not guarantee a specific number of calls, leads, or signed cases.
• We do not guarantee rankings for every keyword.
• We do not guarantee permanent rankings once achieved.
• We do not guarantee ad approval by Meta, Google, or any other third-party platform.

6. Ranking Definition

For purposes of any guarantee, billing trigger, refund protection, or dispute under these Terms, “ranked” or “ranking” means the client’s business appears in the top 3 local results in a local geogrid search for the agreed target keyword.

The geogrid area will be defined as follows:

• The ranking area must cover a population base of 100,000 people or a radius of 9 miles, whichever standard produces the greater required coverage area.
• If a 9-mile radius does not contain 100,000 people, then the ranking standard will be measured using the full 9-mile radius.
• If a 9-mile radius does contain 100,000 people, then the ranking standard will be measured using the shortest radius that contains 100,000 people.
• The specific keyword, location, and geogrid methodology used for the campaign will be established during onboarding and tracked using our chosen local ranking tool.

7. Client Responsibilities

To remain eligible for any guarantee, refund protection, or paused-billing arrangement, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain required access, cooperate with reasonable campaign requests, maintain a legitimate and policy-compliant business presence, and avoid conflicting third-party SEO work during the guarantee period unless approved by us in writing.

If delays or disruptions are caused by lack of access, inaccurate information, suspensions, policy violations, third-party interference, or client inaction, we may pause, extend, or adjust timelines and guarantee periods accordingly.

8. Pricing and Payment Terms

All fees are due according to the payment method and schedule selected at checkout or agreed in writing. You authorize Legal-Ease SEO to charge the payment method on file for all agreed fees, renewals, resumed billing, and outstanding balances.

9. 90-Day Performance Protection

The 90-Day Guarantee is a billing protection structure, not a promise of a particular number of leads or signed cases. If the applicable ranking benchmark is not achieved within the first 90 days, billing treatment will follow the rules of the package purchased. Where billing is paused under the package terms, we will continue working at no additional service charge until the ranking benchmark is achieved, subject to your continued eligibility under these Terms.

10. 12-Month Refund Protection

Except as expressly stated in this section or as required by law, all payments are non-refundable.

If the applicable ranking benchmark has not been achieved within 12 months from onboarding, you may be eligible for:

• A 50% refund of fees paid directly to Legal-Ease SEO for the applicable service package, excluding third-party fees, advertising spend, software charges, domain costs, taxes, chargebacks, and pass-through expenses.
• Continued work by Legal-Ease SEO at no additional service charge until the ranking benchmark is achieved.

To qualify, you must remain in compliance with these Terms, maintain required access and cooperation, avoid conflicting SEO work without written approval, and maintain a policy-compliant business profile and website.

11. Suspensions, Account Restrictions, and Platform Changes

We are not responsible for losses, delays, or interruptions caused by Google Business Profile suspensions, verification issues, hosting failures, directory removals, ad account restrictions, algorithm updates, platform policy changes, or ranking fluctuations caused by competition, geography, or third-party platform behavior.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website, services, content, or offers. Prohibited conduct includes submitting false information, impersonating another person or business, interfering with website functionality, copying or scraping our materials without permission, or using our content in an unlawful, deceptive, or infringing way.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, copy, designs, layouts, branding, graphics, strategy materials, templates, methods, and systems belonging to Legal-Ease SEO remain our property unless expressly transferred in writing. Upon full payment of all undisputed amounts due, you will own custom deliverables created specifically for your campaign, subject to our retained rights in pre-existing materials, templates, systems, and general know-how.

14. No Warranty

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legal-Ease SEO and ARI Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost leads, lost cases, business interruption, reputational harm, or data loss.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the website or services will not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to Legal-Ease SEO during the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where a different limit is required by law or expressly stated in the refund section above.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Legal-Ease SEO, ARI Digital, and their owners, contractors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, penalties, costs, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the website or services, inaccurate information you provide, your violation of law or platform policies, or any materials or instructions you ask us to use or publish.

17. Cancellation

Except where a fixed term applies under Option 3 after ranking, services are month to month and may be canceled by either party upon written notice. Cancellation does not eliminate amounts already due, waive unpaid balances, reduce fixed-term obligations under Option 3 after ranking, or create any refund right except as expressly stated in these Terms.

18. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any revised version becomes effective when posted on the website unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the website or services after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
